Now as CEO of The Podcast Exchange, he leverages this deep industry expertise to drive strategic growth, strengthen partnerships, and position TPX at the forefront of podcast advertising. With a track record of scaling businesses and leading high-performing teams, Pary brings a results-driven approach to innovation and industry leadership.

 

GWEN O’TOOLE

Managing Director

With over 20 years in digital advertising, Gwen has led sales and strategy at top media organizations. She joined TPX in 2023 and quickly became a key driver of growth, expanding partnerships and strengthening the company’s sales approach. Now, as Managing Director, she leads sales, strategic partnerships, and the execution of TPX’s business strategy. Previously, she held leadership roles at Quebecor Media, specializing in digital strategy and account management. Her deep industry expertise and leadership are integral to TPX’s continued success.

 

Thrassos Vryonides

Director, New Business Development

Thrassos is a sales and business development leader specializing in media and technology. As Director of New Business Development at The Podcast Exchange, he drives strategic partnerships and growth in digital audio. Previously, he led sales teams at Sellvise, Search Optics, and DAX, helping scale innovative platforms and drive revenue. With deep expertise in digital media and emerging tech, Thrassos brings a results-driven approach to business development.

 

Caroline Favory

Account Manager

Caroline is an experienced media marketing professional with expertise in digital media, brand and content strategy. She has worked with a number of large Canadian brands helping them grow through paid and organic media. She brings her agency experience and digital media expertise to the TPX team.

Project Manager

With more than two years in digital media production, Stephane excels in client relationships, project coordination, resource allocation, budget management, tracking and reporting. Stephane is also a storytelling enthusiast who appreciates the value of connecting with an audience.

 

JEFF ULSTER

Co-Founder and Strategic Consultant

Jeff is a co-founder of TPX. He’s also co-publisher of The Canadian Podcast Listener report. Prior to TPX, he led Ulster Media, an independent podcast consulting and production company. From 2011-2017, Jeff was the Director of Digital Talk Content for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).
